His research and advisory areas include supply chain execution (TMS, WMS, visibility), the aftermarket service/reverse supply chain, and industry-specific areas like pharmaceutical supply chain track and trace.

Previous Work Experience

Prior to joining Forrester in 2006, Patrick was with Manhattan Associates in both R&D and as part of the Asia-Pacific services team. Prior to Manhattan, Patrick was with Accenture, primarily working on government projects including the US Airforce, Lockheed Martin, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).

Patrick has been widely quoted in the press, including such media outlets as Manufacturing Business Technology, InformationWeek, Computerworld and PC Today. As an accomplished speaker, Patrick has delivered speeches at many events, including Forrester's IT Forum, the NACDS Supply Chain and Logistics Conference, and the D/C Expo.

Education

Patrick received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in decision information science.
