Patrick, based in Cambridge, Mass., contributes to Forrester's offerings for the Sourcing & Vendor Management professional. He is a leading expert on spend analysis and supplier performance management solutions, helping companies streamline strategic sourcing operations and mitigate risk. Patrick is also Forrester's resident expert on services procurement solutions — researching and advising on key areas like contingent staffing, rate negotiations, and selecting the right vendor management system.
Prior to joining Forrester in 2006, Patrick was with Manhattan Associates in both R&D and as part of the Asia-Pacific services team. Prior to Manhattan, Patrick was with Accenture, primarily working on government projects including Lockheed Martin, the U.S. Airforce, and the Transportation Security Administration (TSA).
Patrick has been widely quoted in the press, including such media outlets as Computerworld, InformationWeek, Manufacturing Business Technology, and PC Today. As an accomplished speaker, Patrick has delivered speeches at many events, including Forrester's IT Forum, the NACDS Supply Chain and Logistics Conference, and the D/C Expo.
Patrick received his B.S. degree from the University of Florida in decision information science.
