Chris serves IT Infrastructure & Operations professionals. His research focuses on the implications of wireless networking technology for IT operations professionals, providing insight for IT leaders to make informed decisions.
Chris previously worked in Forrester's Project Consulting organization, where he managed IT- and vendor-focused projects, working with clients to illustrate the value of various IT technologies. His wireless consulting experience included assessing the market potential for municipal wireless networks, determining the value of enabling a mobile workforce, and assisting numerous technology vendors in articulating product value propositions.Chris came to Forrester with prior experience in management consulting, having worked on consulting engagements for private equity firms at Ernst & Young. Prior to consulting, Chris developed a depth of expertise in IT while serving as an industry analyst at IT research firm IDC. His research focused on eCommerce-enabling technologies and standards to foster the growth of virtual trading exchanges.
Chris is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
