His research covers network performance, security and risk, wireless and mobile network infrastructure, remote access infrastructure, and infrastructure security.

Previous Work Experience

Chris previously worked in Forrester's Consulting organization, where he managed high-value, multistage IT- and vendor-focused engagement, working with clients to evaluate technology investments and assist vendors in marketing various IT technologies.

Prior to his roles at Forrester, Chris worked in private equity merger and acquisition due diligence, consulting at a firm owned by Ernst & Young. Chris' analytical background prior to consulting involved multiple roles serving as an industry analyst at IT research firm IDC and two boutique, IT-focused research firms. Chris' combined IT market research experiences spans more than 10 years in various roles.

Education

Chris is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a specialization in marketing.
